First Semester Elementary Persian Language

This is the first term Elementary Modern Persian course designed to develop proficiency in the fundamental skills of writing, listening, reading, and speaking Persian Language (Farsi, Dari, Tajik). Course also offers essential exploration of the geography, history, culture, and religion of the Persian-speaking world, including Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan. Course enables students to read and comprehend basic texts; write basic sentences in Persian; communicate on topics such as greetings and daily routines; and understand Persian culture.
